We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of employee learning and development within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization
- Lead and manage L&D initiatives, such as training programs, mentoring, and coaching
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR and management, to ensure that L&D initiatives align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization
- Continuously monitor and improve L&D processes and methodologies
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in L&D
- Communicate effectively with management and other teams to ensure that project status, risks, and issues are effectively communicated and addressed
- Develop and implement metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives
- Act as a L&D resource for employees and provide guidance, counseling, and coaching on L&D-related matters
- Identify and evaluate external training programs and vendors to enhance the internal L&D offerings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D, with at least 3 years of experience in a management role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with L&D software and tools is a plus
- Experience in L&D for various industries and positions is a plus
- Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theories and methodologies is a plus
