We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced DEI Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement DEI strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization
- Lead and manage DEI initiatives, such as employee resource groups, cultural competency training, and inclusive recruitment practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR and management, to ensure that DEI initiatives align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization
- Continuously monitor and improve DEI processes and methodologies
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in DEI
- Communicate effectively with management and other teams to ensure that project status, risks, and issues are effectively communicated and addressed
- Develop and implement metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives
- Act as a DEI resource for employees and provide guidance, counseling, and coaching on DEI-related matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DEI, with at least 3 years of experience in a management role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
