We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Engagement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of employee engagement, including employee surveys, R & R activities, and employee retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization
- Lead and manage employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in employee engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR and management, to ensure that engagement initiatives align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization
- Continuously monitor and improve employee engagement processes and methodologies
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in employee engagement
- Communicate effectively with management and other teams to ensure that project status, risks, and issues are effectively communicated and addressed
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee engagement, with at least 3 years of experience in a management role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with employee engagement software and tools is a plus
