We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager in our People function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of new employees
- Develop and implement employee relations programs, including performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to human resources, including equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination laws
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures and ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with management and other teams to ensure that HR initiatives align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization
- Provide guidance, counseling, and coaching to employees and managers on HR-related matters
- Continuously monitor and improve HR processes and methodologies
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years of experience in a management role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and tools is a plus
- PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
