We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of compensation, including job evaluations, salary surveys, and incentive plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the job evaluation process, including job analysis, job descriptions, and job grading
- Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure that our compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards
- Develop and implement incentive plans, such as bonuses and profit-sharing plans, to motivate and retain employees
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
- Collaborate with management and other teams to ensure that compensation initiatives align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization
- Provide guidance, counseling, and coaching to employees and managers on compensation-related matters
- Continuously monitor and improve compensation processes and methodologies
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, with at least 2 years of experience in a management role
- Strong knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with compensation software and tools is a plus
