We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO/President/C-level Executive. The EA will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the executive, managing their schedule, and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the executive’s schedule, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Acting as a liaison between the executive and other departments and external contacts
- Handling confidential information and maintaining discretion at all times
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations for the executive
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed
- Managing and maintaining the executive’s electronic and physical files
- Providing administrative support to the executive team as needed
- Handling expenses and other financial matters for the executive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in administrative support or executive assistance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and proactive.
